- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Telephone just rings out. Called yesterday and told to ring at 8am in morning. Have phoned the surgery more than 30 times in 25 minutes but no answer and answerphone message comes on. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The dr's itself are excellent the major problem we had is the brainless receptionists so many times they will get our prescriptions wrong I mean they think they own the place and when manage to get appointment they want to know what's wrong with you I mean where is patient confidentiality I don't need to splur my condition to you you just there to take name friggin ridiculous.
