- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been a private patient here, paying £3,100 for top and bottom six month smile brace. Originally my dentist was Richard, working with Serena. The service I received was great, professional, understanding and what you expect for the amount of money paid. Richard left the practice and since then it has been a terrible experience! I was close to finishing my treatment when Richard left, but it has been dragged out almost an extra 6 months as I can no longer get appointments, having to wait 6 weeks between appointments where previously I was seen once a week, I have not been treated as a private patient paying over £3k, each time I come in the dentist doesn't seem to know what is going on with me, where I am at or what he is meant to be doing! Not good when you are trusting someone with your teeth! Saturday appointments no longer available, terrible, non-personal service. I would not recommend at all. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been with this dental practice for a few years, but recently the administration has become shocking and sub-standard. This morning I had a dental appointment at 10:00am for which I took the morning off work. At 9:42am I receieve a text message saying my appointment is cancelled. I have been on the phone for the last 45 mins trying to speak to someone and no answer, and it has suddenly become impossible to get through to anyone and has been for months. The dentist was very comforting and gave me advice on the treatment and helped me choose invislaign. My teeth were straight within 12weeks!! Best dentist ever!
